Residential Elevators are an excellent feature for any new construction or renovation project. R.E.A.L Elevator Solutions offers a variety of types, styles, and configurations. Our elevators are manufactured in custom sizes, often at no additional charge.

Custom Elevator Manufacturing

The original founders of Custom Elevator Manufacturing introduced the first roped hydraulic residential elevator to the U.S. market in 1987. R.E.A.L Elevator Solutions, Inc. has been partnered with Custom Elevator since we opened in 2001.  Our companies are committed to providing a superior product for your home.  Attention to quality control, code compliance, and craftsmanship provide our clients with the most dependable, safe, and attractive elevators available.

Hydraulic

Hydraulic residential elevators are designed for reliability and ease of maintenance. They are typically considered “top of the line” for home elevators and are as quiet as your refrigerator.

Winding Drum

Winding Drum residential elevators are designed to eliminate the need for a separate machine room. We utilize the space at the top of the elevator hoistway for the drive machine.

R.E.A.L Elevator Solutions is proud to offer Pneumatic Vacuum Elevators, which are beautiful, low maintenance and manufactured in Miami, FL.  These round lifts are available in 30”, 37” or 52” diameter and can fit from 1-3 people comfortably.  The 52” can accommodate a wheelchair and an attendant.
