In early 2002, our founder and president, Tommy Faulkner, embarked on a journey that would change the course of the company. He and some longtime friends, and veterans of the elevator industry, went and visited every home elevator manufacturing facility in America. Upon return, they decided to embrace their past experience in design and manufacturing, and opened Custom Elevator Manufacturing, Inc. They provide high quality residential elevators to sales and installation companies like ours. A good relationship has become a great one over the last 20 years as we work together to support a common goal . . . the client.
